A veces nos pasamos la vida vinculando nuestra identidad a una silla, un traje, un zapato,
un título, una cantidad de dinero, a un grupo de personas o a la inteligencia del universo. ¿Y dónde está el "ahora" en todo esto? ¿Cómo de pequeño es el "ahora" y cómo de profundo puede llegar a ser, cómo de profundo puede llegar a tocarnos, cómo de transformador? ¿Anhelamos una identificación transformadora con la eterna realidad viva de la inteligencia cósmica o deseamos que nuestra identificación provenga del diseño de una silla, un zapato, otra persona o un trabajo...?
Desarrollar la inteligencia del corazón es una alineación transformadora con la inteligencia del universo. Al entrar en esta identidad nos expandimos no por el deseo, el intelecto o el ego, sino por la comprensión de una intimidad con el eterno presente. Mi maestro Adnan Sarhan habló de identificarse con lo eterno en el momento presente y lo hizo realidad utilizando la respiración, el ritmo, el tiempo, el sonido y el movimiento. Este arte es un arte vivo que se materializa en técnicas sufíes prácticas. Desarrollar esta inteligencia del corazón es esforzarse por alcanzar lo que verdaderamente da satisfacción.
Disponer de tiempo para sentarse en un estado de paz es un lujo que no tiene precio. Ampliar el tiempo y sumergirse profundamente en la serenidad y el espacio de estar en el momento es una transformación sanadora. Con la energía del grupo, con la música y el sonido que realzan la experiencia, el movimiento y el momento, este estado de paz se despliega y despliega para abrir el corazón y despertar el espíritu, para bailar y descubrir quién eres.
A partir del 1 de marzo de 2024, imparto talleres sufíes de fin de semana en España, Viena y Suiza. Del 23 de marzo al 1 de abril es un taller sufí de 10 días en Madrid.
Todo el mundo es bienvenido. Pedimos a la gente que traiga una esterilla para sentarse y un almuerzo ligero para el descanso.

Hello Everyone,
Do we sometimes spend life attaching our identity to a chair, a suit, a shoe, a title, an amount of money, to a group of people, or to the intelligence of the universe. And where is the moment in this? How small is the moment and how deep can it be, how profound can the moment touch us, how transforming. Do we crave a transformative identification with the eternal living reality of the cosmic intelligence or do we wish our identification comes from the design of a chair, a shoe, another person or a job
Developing the intelligence of the heart is a transformative alignment with the intelligence of the universe. In coming into this identity we are expanded not by desire, intellect or ego but by the comprehension of an intimacy with the eternal present. My teacher Adnan Sarhan spoke of identifying with eternal in the present moment and brought that to reality using breathing, rhythm, timing, sound and movement. This art is a living art brought to life in practical Sufi techniques. To develop this intelligence of the heart is to strive towards what truly gives contentment.
To have the time to sit in a state of peace is a priceless luxury. The expand the time and dive deeply into the serenity and space of being in the moment is a healing transformation. With the energy of a group, with the music and sound that heightens the experience, the movement and the timing this state of peace unfolds and unfolds to open the heart and awaken the spirit, to dance and discover who you are.
Beginning March 1st, 2024, I teach Sufi weekend workshops in Spain, Vienna and Switzerland. From March 23rd through April 1st is a 10 day Sufi workshop in Madrid.
Everyone is welcome. We ask people bring a mat to sit on and a light lunch for the break.
